Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old, and

• Create and maintain a member account on our website.

The Program is intended for personal use only and may not be used by businesses or resellers. We may suspend or terminate your participation if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

 

Earning Points
You can earn loyalty points through eligible purchases and activities as described on our Loyalty and My Rewards pages. Points are typically awarded when:

• You complete an eligible purchase or booking, and payment is successfully processed.

• Referral bonus points (300 Points) are awarded only if the referred new client completes a purchase of a package consisting of four (4) or more sessions.

• Once a client reaches the Monarch Beauty Tier, they earn a free 3 session service package a $435 value or less.

Points may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. Taxes, tips, shipping, and fees may be excluded from point calculations. We may offer bonus promotions from time to time. Each promotion may have its own additional terms.

 

Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed only as described in your My Rewards area (for example, discounts, rewards, or special offers). Points have no cash value and can not be exchanged for money, gift cards, or credit, except as explicitly stated. Redemption is subject to:

• Availability of rewards, and

• Any minimum point thresholds or other conditions shown in your account.

Once Points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be reversed. Discounts or rewards obtained through Points may not be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.

Expiration & Adjustments
Points never expire. We reserve the right to:

• Correct Point balances in case of errors, cancellations, or refunds.

• Remove Points that were awarded based on suspected fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

If a purchase is refunded or canceled, any Points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your balance.

Account & Membership
You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us promptly using the contact details on our website. We may suspend or terminate your Loyalty membership if:

• You violate these Terms or our general Terms & Conditions,

• We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior, or

• The Program is discontinued.

Program Changes & Termination
Monarch Laser Therapy may:

• Change how Points are earned or redeemed,

• Add or remove rewards, or

• End the Program entirely, at any time, with or without prior notice, as permitted by law.

If the Program is terminated, any unused Points may expire on the termination date or as otherwise stated in our notice.

 

Privacy
Participation in the Program requires us to process certain personal information, such as your contact details, purchase history, and reward activity. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By participating in the Program, you consent to our use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Medical & Service Disclaimer
Loyalty rewards, discounts, or offers do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All treatments and services remain subject to:

• Professional assessment and suitability, and

• Our standard clinical policies, intake forms, and consent requirements.

We may refuse or modify a service if it is not medically appropriate, even if you have a reward or discount available.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarch Laser Therapy is not liable for:

• Any loss of Points or rewards due to technical issues, unauthorized access, or changes to the Program, or

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
