At Monarch Laser Therapy, we take pride in offering high-quality skincare and wellness products that we truly believe in. Because of the nature of these items, we have a few simple guidelines for returns.
Final Sale Policy
- For the safety of our clients, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products.
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Arrivals
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item.
Product Reactions
Everyone’s skin is unique, and sometimes even great products don’t feel like the right fit.
- If you notice irritation or a reaction, please stop using the product right away and reach out to us within 7 days so we can help with guidance or a possible store credit when appropriate.
- If you experience any severe symptoms seek immediate medical care from your physician or emergency services.
About Your Order Edits
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
In-Person Sales
- Products purchased in‑clinic follow the same all sales final policy.
- Please review ingredients and ask our staff any questions before purchasing.
